We are a people-centred property development and management business operating in Cardiff.

Hi, we’re Andy & Rach owners of Glas Tiger. We believe that the Cardiff rental market has a large space for ‘high end’ rental properties, be that single homes or rooms in shared houses, but the market doesn’t currently fulfil the need of tenants looking for these types of homes.

Our aim is to make sure all the rental properties we bring to market makes people feel like they are living in their own home.
We specialise in the HMO market predominantly for young, working professionals. We operate solely in Cardiff. We know what our tenants are looking for! We take tired ‘magnolia’ HMOs and through carefully thought-out design create beautiful co-living spaces that people want to call homes.
